There are multiple payment methods for our services, including cash, Visa, or Mastercard. Please note that for Visa and Mastercard transactions, a slight surcharge of 1.5% will be applied. Unfortunately, we do not accept internet transfer as a method of payment at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. All of our quotes include Standard Transit Insurance for rollover, fire, flood damage, and theft. For more comprehensive coverage, contact your current insurance provider.
We offer additional insurance options for your goods while they are being packed, moved, and stored, ensuring full protection throughout your relocation. If you require more extensive coverage, we can provide guidance on policies that cover all risks, including rollover, fire, flood damage, and theft.

All removals have a 3 hour minimum charge Monday to Friday and 3 hour minimum charge on Saturdays. Removals are charged from our depot back to the depot.

Yes we believe in fair charging so the staff get paid while travelling to and from your home, but when we get there we will get the job done quicker than anybody else.
Yes we have removalists Pads(thick blankets) to ensure everything is wrapped and padded. We have Trollies, Dollies, Tools and Ties.
It is recommended as the truck does bounce a bit on the road and if you leave things in the draws then the draws can break.
Yes it is advisable.
Yes we can just be aware to have no insects or toads or water in them. Also plants will take up a lot of room on the floor of the truck we cannot stack plants.
No it is illegal for us to take Gas Bottles as it is a dangerous goods item.
Yes but it needs to be clean and free of fuel.
